Keep the network useful.
Alpha access is for legitimate privacy, connectivity, and supported route testing. Abuse puts every user and every node at risk.

1. Purpose
This engineering draft sets the minimum expected behavior for anyone invited to the Sky-Boost private alpha. Final enforceable terms, jurisdiction, complaint process, and appeal procedure will be reviewed before public access.
2. Permitted use
You may use Sky-Boost for lawful personal connectivity, privacy, voice and video reliability testing, supported game-destination routing, and evaluation of the product’s diagnostics and recovery behavior.
3. Prohibited activity
You must not use the service to:
- attack, scan, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to a system or network;
- distribute malware, phishing content, stolen credentials, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- infringe intellectual-property rights or distribute unlawful material;
- harass, exploit, threaten, or facilitate harm to another person;
- resell, share, or automate alpha access beyond documented device limits;
- evade technical safeguards, capacity controls, sanctions, or applicable law;
- misrepresent Sky-Boost as a tool for cheating, game-file modification, or anti-cheat bypass.
4. Network protection
Sky-Boost may rate-limit, revoke a device, suspend an account, or isolate a node when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or third parties. Security actions should be logged as auditable events and use the least disruptive effective response.
5. Provider and legal constraints
Use must comply with applicable law and the upstream hosting provider’s rules. The public service will not open until provider permission for VPN traffic, abuse handling, network ownership records, and incident contacts are confirmed.
6. Reporting and review
A monitored abuse contact, response target, user-notification process, and appeal route will be published before public traffic. Alpha participants should report suspected compromise through their invitation channel and disconnect the affected device.
